Co-produced with ICA Teens, Pinpoint Boston is an exhibition of work created by Urbano Youth Artists.
The work in this exhibition was created during Urbano’s 2021 Youth Artist Project, “Remember, Reflect, Reimagine: Illustration for Spatial Justice” with Artist-in-Residence Yuko Okabe. The project focused on illustration, storytelling, community, equity, and belonging. Teens considered how they can use illustration as a mindful method of observation and imagination to envision healthy and accessible public spaces in their communities.
This exhibition was organized by the ICA’s Teen Exhibitions Program, a group of creative teens that work together to plan, organize, and install artwork in the ICA Teen Gallery.
